Community and the Impact it Makes
Community is a huge factor nowadays to what an individual's role will be in a society that's constantly telling us to be ourselves and telling us we're doing it wrong whenever we try to do so. When one is surrounded by a community that conveys these standards, he/she is bound to suffer from depression. However, my community has impacted me in much better ways, uplifting me and being there for me whenever I needed support. Like Andre 3000 pointed out, when he got on the train with all of the people in the production, he worked hard because he couldn't let them down. Sometimes just being there and being a support system is what my community offers me, making me want to do my best for their sake. My church community has helped me thrive to being a better person when it comes to connecting with others. I've realized that after going to church for several years and creating a bond with the community of people that resided within my church, I was able to connect easier with the people I met throughout this journey called life. Also, my school community has helped me want to prosper more in my depth of knowledge. My family community has helped me want to be a better loving person to those I meet and create a companionship where it's not just a friendship that develops, but also a brotherhood/sisterhood.
